• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your account, is prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You may not register or maintain more than one account. If duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts associated with the player will be suspended and combined balances reviewed before any return of funds.

yk44 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. • Proof of identity: Bangladesh National ID Card (NID) or valid passport with photograph.

Deposits made through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's yk44 balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. yk44 does not charge a fee on deposits, though the player's payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests submitted to bKash or Nagad are typically processed within fifteen minutes of approval. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the yk44 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in the immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of your balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using more than one account on the platform, whether under the same identity or a different identity, for any purpose including bonus abuse.

In no event shall yk44 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial loss, even if yk44 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. yk44's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.
